Two of us fly out early morning from Cairo to Luxor and there was a representative waiting for our arrival who helped with luggage and brought us to our driver. We met our tour guide Tamer who would be with us for the duration of the trip. He was very knowledgeable about the temples we visited and flexible with the timing of the tours. Only having two people for one guide added so much value as it was a much more personal experience than being in a large group. As we visited in late May it was very hot so it was super nice having clean well maintained cars with AC I the cars to help escape the heat.
