These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and services. By booking with us or using our website, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms. Please read them carefully before confirming your journey.

🔹 1. Booking & Payment 💳

• All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.

• A deposit is required to secure your reservation. The remaining balance must be paid prior to the start of your tour (unless otherwise agreed).

• We accept payments via credit card, bank transfer, or other secure methods available on our website.

🔹 2. Cancellation & Refund Policy 💰

• If cancelled by the Client:

  • ✅ More than 30 days before departure → Full refund (minus administrative fees).

  • ✅ 15–30 days before departure → 50% of the total price will be charged.

  • ❌ Less than 15 days before departure → No refund.

• If cancelled by Egypt Trippers:

  • You will receive a full refund or an alternative tour option in cases of force majeure or unforeseen circumstances.

🔹 3. Travel Documents & Responsibilities 📑

• Clients are responsible for holding valid passports, visas, and travel permits.

• Egypt Trippers cannot be held responsible for denied entry due to incomplete or invalid travel documents.

🔹 4. Travel Insurance 🛡️

We highly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to cover medical expenses, cancellations, lost luggage, and personal accidents.

🔹 5. Itinerary Adjustments ⛴️

• Itineraries may be adjusted due to weather, government regulations, or safety concerns.

• Substitutions of hotels, Nile cruises, or excursions may occur, but we guarantee equal or higher-quality experiences.

🔹 6. Liability Disclaimer ⚖️

• Egypt Trippers acts as a trusted intermediary between you and service providers (hotels, Nile cruises, transportation).

• We are not liable for injury, loss, accident, delay, or irregularities caused by third parties.

• We ensure all partners meet the highest standards of quality and safety.

🔹 7. Special Requests 🍽️

Any special requirements (dietary needs, room preferences, etc.) should be communicated during booking. While we do our best to fulfill them, we cannot guarantee all requests.

🔹 8. Traveler Conduct 🤝

• Travelers must show respectful behavior towards guides, staff, and fellow travelers.

• Egypt Trippers reserves the right to end a tour for disruptive behavior without refund.

All website content (text, images, itineraries, logos) is the property of Egypt Trippers. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.

🔹 10. Governing Law ⚖️

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Disputes shall be settled in Egyptian courts.
