Our guide will take you from the hotel to begin your tour of Alexandria. Start your memorable day by visiting the Alexandria Library, the most extensive library in the world—now with over eight million books. Explore its museums, which are free, and the open court.
Note: Fridays are an off day for the library, and every fixed holiday is closed too. If you want to enter the area of reading, you will pay the ticket price. Visit King Farouk’s royal gardens, the royal residences of Salamlek and Haramlek, and the queen's royal beaches. Resuming your trip by seeing the city’s most beautiful and largest mosque, the Mosque of AbboElabbas, the Alexandrian Unknown Soldier Memorial, and the Statue of the Great Alexander. Then go to the Lighthouse Site, which was one of the Seven Wonders of the Ancient World and is now home to the citadel of Qaitbey.
Stop at the renowned Stanley Bridge—a major feature of Alexandria's modern town before going to the old Alexandria downtown and going through the old city-center of Alexandria, which was erected by the Great Alexander. After that, you may have lunch before going to St. Mark's Church, Africa's oldest church, and then going along the Cornish (30 km) to see the entire city of Alexandria from the sea, including the historic port of Alexandria, where we discovered seven thousand artifacts underwater.

You can go to the massive Abu Simbel Temple, erected by Ramses the Second (XIXth Dynasty) and recently saved from the flooding of the Nile River, which is one of the most magnificent ancient Egyptian temples. (optional)
The Abu Simbel temple was built into the rock face. Each temple was lavishly embellished with sculptures depicting the deities to whom the structure was dedicated.
Also saved is Nefertari’s Temple, dedicated to Hathor, which is located nearby. Back to Aswan.
Transfer to start your tour by visiting the amazing High Dam, which was completed in 1964. From here, you can gaze across Lake Nasser. The temple of Philae: Sail by felucca (Egyptian sailboat) to the island of Agilkia. Visit the temple relocated from their native island of Philae, which is submerged most of the year by Lake Nasser’s waters. The Roman Emperors built the main Temple of Isis and its monuments between the 26th-dynasty and the Roman period.

On the return journey, the Colossi of Memnon, which are two massive statues of Amenophis III facing the Nile, and the Temple of Hatshepsut, are also worth a visit. A barbecue meal, mineral water, and soft drinks are included while traveling back from the Bedouin village to your Hurghada hotel at night.

With an open buffet lunch aboard the boat, you may spend a memorable time doing sports activities on the island of Giftun and in the national park before returning to the jetty and taking you back to the hotel in Hurghada, Egypt.
