When you arrive in Cairo for your eight days Egypt Holiday Tour, a representative of our company will meet you at Cairo International Airport, then we will drive you to your hotel, where you’ll spend your first night in Cairo. Once at the hotel, we will assist you with check-in, and our tour manager will discuss your itinerary with you. Free Welcome drink for you There, and then you will have the rest of the day to yourself.
After having breakfast at your hotel, enjoy a fascinating trip to the Egyptian Museum and an unforgettable visit to the Pyramids of Giza, the Great Sphinx, and more. Have the opportunity to enjoy a camel ride and break for a tasty lunch in a local restaurant.
Once the sun dips below the horizon,l transfer to the Giza railway station for a sleeper train to Aswan, enjoy dinner and spend the night in your private berth on the train.
On day 3 of your Egypt Holiday Tour, once again, a tour manager will wait for you at Aswan station upon your arrival, and you’ll be taken to check-in onboard your magnificent Nile cruise ship. With that out of the way, you’ll be taking to visit the world-famous Aswan High Dam and the fabulous Temple of Philae, which is devoted to the two goddesses Isis and Hathor. Finish the visits at the Unfinished Obelisk and enjoy a fabulous dinner on board the ship and overnight in Aswan.
Wake up and enjoy an onboard breakfast as you sail to Kom Ombo to visit the amazing Kom Ombo Temple, then set sail for Edfu; enjoy lunch on board and see the best-preserved cult temple in all of Egypt, the Horus Temple in Edfu. Take the afternoon tea as you sail to Esna; enjoy a fine dinner and overnight on board.
Take your breakfast on board while the cruise sail to Luxor. Your time in Luxor will be unforgettable: explore the royal cemetery for 62 Pharaohs, Valley of the Kings, walk through the awe-inspiring Hatshepsut Temple, and end your sightseeing day with a brief stop at the Colossi of Memnon. Enjoy lunch, afternoon tea, and dinner on board, where you’ll also be spending the night.
Enjoy breakfast aboard the ship before disembarkation, and then you will be accompanied by your guide and driver to visit the Karnak Temple complex and the Luxor Temple. Later you will go with your guide to Luxor railway station to board the sleeper train back to Cairo. Have your dinner and a good night’s rest on a board sleeper train (a private compartment with twin beds).
When you arrive in Cairo on day 7 of your Egypt holiday tour, you will again be met at the station and then taken to your hotel. After check-in, the tour manager will leave, and you will have the day to yourself. Relax in the hotel; swim in the pool, or go out and explore the fascinating city.
Like all good things, your Egypt Holiday Tour must end too, but before you head to the airport, first enjoy an excellent breakfast at your hotel. A tour consultant will be there to get to the airport on time and to thank you sincerely for trusting us with your travel needs. Have a safe journey home.
